Health Unity Foundation is an officially designated NY State of Health (NYSOH) Assistor Organization, with trained staff authorized to assist New York residents with health insurance applications, renewals and enrollment assistance for Medicaid, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, and Qualified Health Plans.
